Fourth generation Chelsea resident, Bob Riemenschneider, started a residential and commercial real estate firm that provided brokerage, appraisals, land acquisition and development services in the early 1970’s. After many years of assisting clients to acquire existing homes and building sites, it inspired a passion for designing and building what his clients could not find elsewhere- high quality custom homes that are rich in design, comfort and with state of the art building and energy efficiencies. He founded Riemco (Riemenschneider Company) in 1988. Bob’s 50 years of knowledge and expertise is what our company was built upon and what still guides us today.
