Jeff Matzek

Jeff grew up in Midland and graduated with his architecture degree from UM. Southern California was calling him, and he embarked on a 43-year career, the last 32 years as an Architectural Business Owner. Jeff returned to his home state in January 2024, where a chance meeting led him to join our Riemco Team as our Resident Architect. Jeff provides insight, mentorship, and shares his multitude of experiences across a variety of architectural areas, along with business acumen. He actively participates with our design team to assist with project due diligence, architectural and engineering oversight, and project implementation. Jeff himself was an athlete for many years and equally having had the ability to coach sports broadened his opportunities to encourage confidence, promote teamwork and foster alliance, all of which he applies daily. He and his life partner enjoy keeping up with their blended family of 8 adult boys, traveling, any outdoor activity and following his favorite sports teams!
